Cape Coral-based Compass Construction, Inc., recently won both a Grand Aurora award and the Best-in-State Aurora award for the construction of Miromar Lakes Beach Club Phase II in Miromar Lakes in Estero.

Phase II includes the beach club's 26,344sf waterfront clubhouse. Its main dining room contains seating for 200 people, with additional seating for 80 in the adjoining beachside terrace and 60 seats in the adjacent courtyard. There is also a private dining room with a fireplace and French doors opening on to the beach and Lake Como. Other features include an indoor/outdoor bar lounge with wine room, a library, billiard room, card room, 50-seat theater and business center.
