The Crowne Center project is a 2 story 11,560 S.F. facility that was constructed just west of US 41 on College Parkway in Fort Myers. The second floor was built into a state of the art dental facility that will be occupied by a local dentist. The first floor was constructed for professional lease space. Compass Construction® is the Construction Manager for this project.
