The project consisted of a new 32,274 SF sanctuary facility, including administration wing, choir room, nursery wing, pastor’s office and library, media room, covered drop off, baptistery and music room in 2nd floor mezzanine. Seating capacity for sanctuary to be over 1,400. Site work includes 10 acre +/- site with clearing, fill, utility, drainage and paving work, landscaping and irrigation system, and memorial garden.
