The building was constructed on a 4.2 acre parcel of land located at the corner of Six Mile Cypress parkway and International Center Blvd. in Fort Myers, Florida. The ground floor consists of 14,983 SF divided into multiple exam and administration rooms and features a Porte Cochere. The second floor consists of 7,141 SF.
