Compass Construction's Smith and Luft Receive State Certifications
CAPE CORAL, FL (September 2009) – Two members of Cape Coral-based Compass Construction, Inc.'s staff have been certified by the Florida Department of Environment Protection as Qualified Stormwater Management Inspectors.
Project Manager Jim Smith and Project Superintendent Joe Luft received the certification after successfully completing the state's Stormwater Erosion and Sedimentation Control Inspector Training Program earlier this year. It enables on-site inspections including erosion control, silt fencing and turbidity barriers.
