Redeemer Lutheran Church , Fort Myers, FL

This project consists of a new multi-purpose facility on Winkler Avenue Extension in Fort Myers. The building is to be a 13,664 sqft. one story masonry facility which will include worship space, classrooms, administration offices, a nursery and café. The sanctuary will have a seating capacity of 259 and the classroom will have a capacity of 140. Sitework is scheduled to begin in the late summer and new building construction to follow thereafter. The estimated cost is $2.9 million and should be ready for occupancy in the Fall of 2008.
