President
Doug Oliver is the President of Compass Construction. Doug interacts with clients on a daily basis. He is the main point-of-contact for all Compass Construction projects and is likely to be directly involved from day one. Doug helps bring a unique level of care and concern for all clients, which allows Compass Construction to excel in customer service.
Laura Dieter
Office Manager
Laura Dieter serves as Office Manager. She handles all office related duties for the Company, including accounting, payroll and internal communication.
